Acton Fair

Acton Fair would not be complete without the Sanford-Springvale Rotary Club selling chicken livers and Shaw's Ridge Ice Cream! For more than 20 years we have been selling chicken livers to the crowds at Acton Fair! Shaw's Ridge partnered with the Rotary Club and donates all of the ice cream and supplies to help subsidize the many youth programs in our community!

 Moose Marble Madness

This fundraiser is a crowd favorite! The club sells "moose marbles" and on the final scheduled home game of the Sanford Mainers the marbles are released from the bucket of a fire truck onto Goodall Park! The closest marble to the target is the grand prize winner, more than 50 cash prizes are awarded and everyone enjoys the fun!

Annual Golf Tournament

For 18 years the Sanford-Springvale Rotary Club has held a Golf Tournament as a major fundraiser to support our projects in the community and abroad. This is the longest running tournament in the area and is truly the beginning of the golfing season in Sanford. The next tournament is scheduled for June 10, 2010. Opportunities are available for Sponsorships. Please contact Carl Beal for more information!

Pancake Breakfast

Every summer the Sanford-Springvale Rotary club hosts a pancake breakfast at the Nasson Center to benefit the Springvale Library. Last tear the benefit raised more than $500.00 for the library and furthered our club's efforts to support literacy in our community!
